The Accelerate Program

Accelerate is our 3-year structured professional development program for early career talent. There are two separate tracks in the program: one in our Underwriting departments and one in our Claims departments. What both have in common are the accelerated professional and personal growth opportunities.

Accelerate will provide you the experiences and education that normally takes years to develop within an accelerated timeframe, offering you an ideal way to jumpstart your career in specialty insurance! The program offers accelerated professional and personal growth opportunities by way of an annual in -person conference, the opportunity to interact with the company’s senior leadership, structured internal and external training, mentoring, cross-departmental networking opportunities and more.

The Internship Program

Our intensive program offers students valuable early exposure to the business world, the industry and what it takes to join our team. First and foremost, Tokio Marine HCC will give interns real tasks with real responsibility. You’ll be cross-trained within different departments in the same division. You’ll get diverse set of assignments where you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our processes and procedures. You’ll benefit from having a mentor in the form of a highly performing employee who will impart guidance and business knowledge. Several of our interns had the opportunity to obtain a full-time position as a result of their successful performance during the internship.
